With C Force we can protect your software and lock it to a standard USB memory stick, allowing the software to be moved from PC to PC. Our customers have found this useful where:
- Customers move around, but need access to the software on different PCs, and you need to ensure they only have one licence of the software (the licence is locked to the memory stick)
- With very large file sizes it can save downloading over the Internet, which can be time consuming for users with a slow Internet connection
- USB sticks have a benefit over CDs and DVDs in that they can be written to, so the software can be updated or records changed in the software, then moved to another PC
- Software can be designed to operate directly from a memory stick, resulting in no installation being required on each PC. This is transportable software
- Any unused space on the memory stick can still be used to store files on
